For School Districts:

Pre Bus Bid Survey Please complete this survey if you are interested in participating in the next Bus Bid Process.  You are not committed to making any purchases by completing this survey.  This is just to communicate your interest.

Board Resolution - We will need your district to pass a Board Resolution prior to purchasing your bus(es).  After this resolution has passed, please send a copy to Robin.Houston@epcschools.org and keep a copy for your files.  

Trade Ins- If you will have Trade Ins, please list the inormation on our online Trade In Spreadsheet.  If you will not have any Trade Ins, we need to know this too so just let us know via email.  If you are unable to access (or prefer not to use) the online form you may email the information to us.  The information we need:  District ID, State ID, Passenger Capacity, Year of Bus, Type of Bus (Conventional, Transit or Handicapped), Type of Brakes, Chassis, Body, Engine, Transmission, Mileage and Yes or No if the bus is running and please mention any known problems.

Click the link above to review the bus bid results and all other bus bid documents.  The file named "2017-2018 All EPC Bus Bids" will show you a side by side comparison of pricing.  There are 4 tabs on this spreadsheet:  Conventional , Transit, Type A and Additional Type As.  If you prefer, you can also look at bids by Vendor.  Each vendor has a folder with all their bid documents contained in it.  (Trade In Values, Floor plans, Warranties, Stock Units, etc.)  If you have any questions or need any assistance with the excel spreadsheets contact us at Robin.Houston@epcschools.org or 937-890-3725.

For any districts that did NOT participate in this year’s bus bid by filling out our survey and/or participating in our Legal Advertisement – you may still use this bid!  When we publish our Legal Advertisement we list each interested district along with the words “and ALL members of the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council”.  So  ALL EPC Member Districts are covered on the legal advertisement and bid.  It IS necessary for your to pass a Board Resolution prior to purchasing though.

All Bid Documents are to be returned electronically via email to Robin.Houston@epcschools.org by 1:00 p.m. on November 4, 2016.  

 

For Districts:

Pre Bus Bid Survey Link - If you may possibly be interested in purchasing 1 or more school buses in the 2016-17 School Year, take this survey to indicate what types and sizes you are interested in.  You are not committed to anything by participating in this survey.

Board Resolution - Each district needs to pass a school board resolution prior to purchasing their bus(es).  Once passed, please send a copy to Robin.Houston@epcschools.org.  You may use this sample board resolution languauge.

Trade Ins - If you will have Trade Ins, please list the information on our online Trade In Spreadsheet here.  If you will not have any Trade Ins, please email us to let us know.  By submitting the requested information you are NOT committed to purchase or trade anything in.  You will simply recieve bid pricing and information as well as offers for your Trade In.

Bus Calendar - You can view the EPC Bus Puchasing Calendar here on our website.  We will NOT be having Pre Bus Bid Meetings for Districts or Vendors this year.

 Click the link above to review the bus bid results and all other bus bid documents.  The file named "2015-2016 All Bus Bids" will show you a side by side comparison of pricing for Conventional and Transit buses.  The Excel File contains 7 tabs on the bottom – Conventional, Transit and then 5 tabs containing the Type A Bus Bids from each company that provided pricing for them.  There is one more Excel file in this folder labeled “Trade In Values for All”.  This provides the Trade In Value each vendor gave for the buses that were listed for possible Trade.  If you prefer, you can also look at bids by Vendor.  Each vendor has a folder with all their bid documents contained in it.  (Floor plans, Warranties, Stock Units if applicable, etc)
