Ken is in his 40th year of serving public education. In addition to his wife and two daughters, he considers his school members to be his extended family and he is passionate about helping his members save funds in order to provide more resources to better educate our children. He considers it a high honor to have worked for a school district and now serve over 200 school districts who are members of the EPC.
Doug brings to the EPC over 17 years of knowledge in the employee benefits industry where he specialized as a consultant to school districts. Doug is a native of Cincinnati, graduating from LaSalle HS. He has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Toledo where he was captain of the UT baseball team. Doug is active as a coach and administrator in youth sports and resides in Ross Township with his wife and three children.
Stephanie Zinger is the Fiscal Officer and Nutrition Director for the EPC. With a degree in Business and a Master’s in Nutrition, it is her goal that through this position she will be able to broaden and enhance the EPC’s service level. Districts should think of her as an additional resource for their food service departments. Stephanie is the proud mother of two and coaches and plays multiple sports including basketball where she has recently been named first team All WC.
Sue has been with EPC since June of 2007. She is the Assistant Benefit Plan Administrator and has worked in Benefits for 35 years through profit and non-profit businesses. Sue is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Sue worked 11 years for Metropolitan Life in Illinois as a claims approver and supervisor for medical and dental claims. She is married and has two children. Sue enjoys reading and bowling.
Cristi joined the EPC with 20+ years of private employment experience in Human Resources. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University and is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Cristi loves the opportunity to work with our districts, their employees, and their health plans. Cristi is a hometown girl graduating from Beavercreek High School and residing there with her two youngest boys. She stays busy with her boy’s involvement in sports and Scouts.
Connie has been working in the EPC Office since 1995. Connie assists in the accounts receivable and payable for the EPC office.
Robin is the Bid Coordinator/Administrative Assistant and has been with the EPC since 2001. She is responsible for guiding school district members on how to locate and utilize discounted pricing on educational products and services for their district. Robin also works directly with vendors to acquire bids and organize them for commitee decisions and approval. She enjoys reading mystery/crime novels and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
Jean Ann joined the EPC in November 2016 as an Assistant Benefit Plan Administrator. She brings extensive experience in payroll, benefits and customer service to the EPC Benefit Team. Jean Ann has over 13 years of fiscal experience serving Clinton-Massie LSD in the Accounts Payable & Receivables and Payroll departments. She also served Warren County Career Center for 3 years as their Assistant to Treasurer/Payroll. Jean Ann resides in Clarksville with her husband and has three children. Some of her hobbies are her family, traveling, gardening and relaxing by their pool.
